This is a changleable plaque swinger flower  pot holder. The plaque hanging from a branch can be changed when the seasons roll around . The base 10 x 10 inches. Plaque swings from eye screw and black chain. It will  hold several diffent sizes of flower pots. The unit is  32" tall and the welcome limb welcome  sign 13"  x 7".  It is stained walnut color and welcome sign and plaque swinger are painted primitive style so actual item will vary slightly from the picture shown.  Back side and edges of the sign and swinger paque stained no bare wood.
